How to plan a group villa stay in Medellín
Start with the people, the sleeping arrangements and the occasion. Agreeing on these three things before you book makes the rest of a group trip much easier. At Cemntus, the whole villa is reserved for one group, with ten bedrooms for up to twenty guests.
Choose the right setting for your group
A city villa suits a group that wants shared living spaces and access to an active neighborhood. Cemntus is in Belén San Bernardo, Medellín. It is an urban stay with nearby nightlife, and music and street noise can continue late. Tell your organizer if anyone needs a particularly quiet environment before committing to the booking.
Agree on rooms before collecting payments
Ask who needs a separate bed, who is happy to share and who prefers a private bathroom. Review the bedroom collection together instead of assigning rooms on arrival. The first-floor bedrooms share a full bathroom; the seven second-floor bedrooms have private ensuites, as does the rooftop King’s Room. Confirm king or twin arrangements with the team. Bedrooms have air conditioning; shared social areas use natural airflow.
Build an arrival plan
Collect flight details in one place and appoint one person to coordinate with the concierge. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at noon, local Medellín time. Request early arrival or late departure separately, since neither is guaranteed. For transportation, share the passenger count, luggage requirements and arrival times so the team can confirm an appropriate vehicle and quote.
Separate accommodation from optional services
Daily housekeeping, personal concierge and 24-hour security are presented as part of the Cemntus stay. Private chef meals, breakfasts, cocktails, excursions and other extras have their own prices and inclusions. Decide which costs the group will share and which each guest will pay individually. Request a written summary of the service, guest count, date, total and any extras before confirming.
Leave room in the itinerary
Plan one main activity per day, then allow time for breakfast, changing, traffic and simply being together. A full excursion day and a tightly timed dinner can put unnecessary pressure on the organizer. Share the group’s priorities with the concierge and ask which timings are realistic before booking several services back to back.
Confirm the stay in the right place
Use the booking page to check dates on the Airbnb calendar, then contact Cemntus directly for a quote and the booking and cancellation terms. A WhatsApp conversation is an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation.
