THE ORIGIN
It started with a piece of land.
Cemntus began with a piece of land in Belén, Medellín, passed down by my father, Rafa. He believed in the value of that ground long before it became what it is today.
After years away, I returned with one decision: not simply to preserve what he left me, but to build something worthy of it. What began as an inheritance became a transformation.
BUILT FROM LEGACY
Concrete became architecture. Empty space became a place for people to come together. A family legacy became Cemntus.
Every decision carries that purpose: the strength of the structure, warm light, Colombian craft, local flavors, music, and a rooftop above Medellín.
COLOMBIAN BY DESIGN
Not generic luxury.

Cemntus speaks through Colombian Tropical Brutalism: raw concrete, natural stone, dark wood, bronze, local art, and hospitality with character. It is strong, warm, and shaped by the energy of Medellín.
The villa is designed to feel rooted here. Architecture and atmosphere work together so the stay carries more than comfort. It carries a story of place.
