Cemntus is designed for groups who want privacy, shared experiences, and the energy of Medellín.
Free public street parking is available nearby. Cemntus has no dedicated parking lot or reserved spaces. Availability is not guaranteed; follow posted signs and keep sidewalks and entrances clear.
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and prior confirmation.
Music at the villa must end by 11:00 p.m., Medellín time. Schedule DJ services within this limit. Noise from neighboring venues and the city may continue later.
Smoking is permitted on the rooftop and balconies. Smoking is not permitted in bedrooms.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available. If you need to work remotely or make video calls, ask our team for a recent speed test before booking.
Breakfast and chef meals are priced per person. Bartender service is USD 65 per hour and DJ service is USD 59 per hour, each with a 2-hour minimum. Check each service for its inclusions and pricing unit; any extras are confirmed before you book.

Cemntus offers the personal service of a boutique hotel. You can settle your bill at checkout, and each guest can pay individually.
We have a card terminal at the villa and accept debit cards, all major credit cards, PayPal and bank transfers.
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 12:00 noon. Both times are local Medellín time.
Cemntus accommodates up to 20 guests across 10 private bedrooms, including The King’s Room.
In Belén San Bernardo, Cemntus sits in a lively urban setting with restaurants, bars, and nightlife nearby. Music and city noise can continue late. This is an active city stay, rather than a secluded retreat.
Your villa, rooftop, and guest amenities are reserved for your group. Angel’s Liquor Lounge and Brutalist Gastro Bar are separate street-level venues open to other customers. Their food and drinks are separate purchases.
The first-floor bedrooms share one full bathroom. Each of the seven second-floor bedrooms has a private ensuite. The King’s Room has its own ensuite. Confirm your group’s king or twin bed arrangements before arrival.
All guest bedrooms have air conditioning. Social areas rely on natural airflow; air conditioning does not extend throughout the shared spaces.
Cemntus guests have access to preferred rates at Action Black across the street. Ask the concierge to confirm the current rate and which fitness, wellness, or spa facilities it covers. Gym access is separate from your villa booking.
Visitors must check in with security and present valid identification. Ask the host about applicable visitor hours and limits before making plans.
