Your reservation is for the entire villa. Review the bedrooms together before assigning rooms: two first-floor bedrooms share a full bathroom, seven second-floor bedrooms have private ensuites, and the rooftop King’s Room has its own ensuite and living lounge. Confirm the bed setup with the team before booking.

Rooftop time, on your schedule

Use the rooftop and jacuzzi as places to gather between plans around the city. A private group stay does not mean unrestricted parties: villa music ends at 11 p.m. Confirm any visitors, celebration plans and house rules with your host before inviting additional people.

Meals, cocktails and music

Private chef meals, bartender service and DJ options can be arranged separately. Share your guest count, dietary requirements, preferred timing and budget. Confirm what each quote includes, including ingredients, alcohol, equipment and service hours, before committing.

Arrivals and group transportation

Send flight details, passenger numbers and luggage requirements together. The concierge can help arrange airport transfers and group transportation. Vehicle choice depends on both seating and luggage, and your team confirms the vehicle and fare before booking.

Personal service and privacy

Daily housekeeping, concierge support and 24-hour security are part of the Cemntus hospitality offering. The villa is reserved for your group. Security is support, not a guarantee against risk; follow the host’s guidance when moving around the city.

An urban Medellín address

Cemntus is in Belén San Bernardo, at Calle 26A #70-09, near Carrera 70. Plan journeys to Laureles and other neighborhoods with the concierge. This is an active urban setting, and surrounding street noise can continue late.

Plan the stay before filling the itinerary

Choose your dates and confirm your overnight guest count first. Then agree on room assignments, transfers and one or two shared meals. Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout at noon. Early access is a separate request and is not guaranteed.
